I did not receive the flower bouquet I requested. Beginning with if longer lasting roses were unavailable, place only one rose in the bouquet and replace with the other requested flowers. Only two Orchids were put in the bouquet. Arrangements were made to deliver the bouquet to me at the arrival gate. Instead when I woke in the morning, I had a text stating where to pick up the bouquet - the complete opposite side of the airport. There was no time to change hired transportation arrangements. I'm disabled and stated that in a return text. It didn't matter, I missed meeting the passenger I was meeting, and left the airport in pain.
