At DP FLOWERS BANGKOK, we take pride in the quality and freshness of every floral arrangement we deliver. If you're not fully satisfied with your order, we are committed to making it right.

Returns & Refunds

We not accept refund. If your flowers arrive damaged, wilted, or not as expected, please contact us within this timeframe. Simply send us your order number and photos of the received item to our customer support team.

Because flowers are perishable, you do not need to return the product. However, we kindly ask that you dispose of it properly.

Cancellations & Order Changes

We not accept cancel the order after the payment is completed. You are able to modify your order up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery. Once your order is prepared or out for delivery, we unfortunately cannot make any changes.

Late or Missing Deliveries

If your flowers do not arrive on time due to courier delays or unexpected issues, please contact us promptly. We will do our best to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
