How do I place an order?

You can place an order directly through our website. Simply choose your bouquet, select the delivery date and time, fill in the recipient’s details, and proceed to checkout.

Can I order flowers for same-day delivery?

Yes! We offer same-day delivery in Bangkok for orders placed before 3:00 PM (local time).

Can I schedule a delivery for a future date?

Absolutely. You can choose your preferred delivery date during checkout.

🚚 Delivery

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver to all areas within Bangkok and nearby zones. For inquiries about delivery to specific areas, feel free to contact us.

What time will my flowers be delivered?

Standard delivery times are between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM. While we do our best to accommodate requests for specific time windows, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

Can you deliver to hotels or offices?

Yes, we deliver to hotels, offices, hospitals, and other commercial locations. Please provide detailed delivery instructions when placing your order.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, international debit cards, and online payment gateways available through our secure checkout system.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payments are processed through a secure, PCI-compliant payment gateway. Your information is never stored on our servers.

Will the bouquet look exactly like the picture?

We strive to match the arrangement shown as closely as possible. However, due to seasonal availability, some flowers may be substituted with similar varieties of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall look and feel.

Can I add a personal message to my order?

Absolutely! You can add a personalized message at checkout, and we will include a note with your bouquet.

Do you offer custom arrangements or large orders?

Yes, we do! For custom floral designs or bulk orders (e.g., events or corporate gifts), please contact us directly.

🔁 Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

What if the flowers arrive damaged or not as expected?

Please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will gladly offer a full refund or send a replacement.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes, orders can be changed or canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time.

What happens if the delivery cannot be completed due to recipient unavailability or refusal?

If the delivery cannot be completed due to reasons beyond our control—such as the recipient being unreachable or refusing to accept the order—the item will be returned to our shop.

Our team will contact you via the original communication channel used to place the order. You may request a redelivery within the same day or the following day only, subject to an additional delivery fee.

For redelivery within Bangkok, the delivery fee starts from THB 300. For areas outside Bangkok, the exact fee will be informed accordingly.

Please note that all orders are non-refundable under these circumstances.
