How do I place an order?

You can place an order directly through our website. Simply choose your bouquet, select the delivery date and time, fill in the recipient’s details, and proceed to checkout.

Can I order flowers for same-day delivery?

Yes! We offer same-day delivery in Bangkok for orders placed before 3:00 PM (local time).

Can I schedule a delivery for a future date?

Absolutely. You can choose your preferred delivery date during checkout.

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver to all areas within Bangkok and nearby zones. For inquiries about delivery to specific areas, feel free to contact us.

What time will my flowers be delivered?

Standard delivery times are between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM. While we do our best to accommodate requests for specific time windows, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

Can you deliver to hotels or offices?

🔁 Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

What if the flowers arrive damaged or not as expected?

Please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will gladly offer a full refund or send a replacement.

Can I cancel or change my order?
